An interactive virtual lounge to extend a medical congress and serve as an enduring resource to engage HCP’s
Our pharmaceutical client wanted to engage HCPs outside of a virtual platform put in place by congress organisers.
We created a virtual lounge to maintain brand engagement; enable effective knowledge exchange, encourage networking & collaboration.
The smooth, user friendly and contemporary user experience has a professional, authentic and comfortable feel. Delegates browse through poster sessions, listening to the designer presenting the content as desired, the audience then rate posters, comment and ask questions
The audience chat, interact and engage with appropriate brand reps in the virtual café (times organised by a chat bot). Symposia sessions are accessed through pre-recorded presentations that can also be rated & commented by users, enhanced by live Q&A at key times
Audience participation and engagement was driven with pre-event comms. Post-event, content and answers to questions and findings are uploaded to the platform to keep the conversation going and to aid future collaborations
