We needed to present Ricoh as the business partner who could provide a complete, end-to-end service experience to independent printing businesses — and not just innovative print technology.
Unveiling Ricoh’s latest print innovation in a bespoke theatre — we also created an ‘avenue’ of eight hands-on areas for delegates to try out equipment and talk to Ricoh directly.
A hundred metre square LED brand wall, displaying sixty-five keynote presentations on thought leadership and business solutions, reinforced the idea of Ricoh as a partner.
At our suggestion, Ricoh pioneered a sustainable approach to all onsite print demonstrations to produce books designed by WRG to be shipped to Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital after the show.
Ricoh closed over a hundred deals during the show — and subsequently received its most successful sales year in history.
Shortly after the tradeshow, the arrival of a truck from Düsseldorf filled with original children’s books…
